The idea is good but the statement is very general: who is the TARGET GROUP?

Indeed stakeholders collaboration is crucial for the success of the project and in this respect we reckon that we are in line with the "open innovation" paradigm. Moreover several project partners have experience in e-participation project. Finally we want to target primarily the scientific community, as well as policy operators and other practitioners communities. Hope it clarifies and that we can be in touch again!
